Gamified task and project management that turns everyday effort into progress everyone can see, track, and enjoy.
MagicTask is a gamified task management platform built for teams that struggle with the hardest part of work: staying motivated enough to show up for it every day.
Most tools organize your work. They do not make anyone want to do it. MagicTask exists to close that gap, so the productivity is real and so is the reason to come back tomorrow.
Most tools ask your team for discipline. This one gives them a reason to come back. Progress is visible, wins are shared, and the work moves without anyone sending a follow up message.
Built for gamers, entrepreneurs, and teams who have tried every project tool, outgrown all of them, and still want work to feel engaging again.
MagicTask turns everyday work into a motivating experience through Realms, Dungeons, and rewards that reinforce progress.
Everyone picks the world they work in. Same projects and deadlines, but the look and feel is personal to each user, with new Realms added regularly.
Each Realm holds its own Dungeons, and each Dungeon has its own rewards. Teams see their progress clearly, and finishing something feels like clearing a level.
Every task your team completes fills the progress bar and brings the next chest closer. Small wins add up, and the momentum keeps people moving.
Clear a Dungeon to open a chest. Inside are skins, pets, and backgrounds of varying rarity to build out your avatar.
Showing up every day builds your streak and earns tokens that unlock new Realms and Dungeons. Consistency is what creates real progress.
Small wins, visible daily. That is what keeps a team moving.
Know where everything stands without opening a single Slack thread.
Progress gets rewarded on its own. Perfect for a work environment that believes in working hard and playing hard.
No setup required upon onboarding. Task and project creation for individual and team use is easy to manage.
Team members safely and seamlessly compete for rewards and leaderboard status to help boost productivity and company culture.

Too much of the work day goes to organizing the work. MagicTask lets your team capture, assign, and complete tasks in a few clicks, and progress automatically so nobody has to chase a status.
Most tools are abandoned within weeks. MagicTask gives your team a reason to open it every day.
For Teams
For Individuals MagicTask is a gamified task management platform that turns your daily work into a game you actually want to play. You add tasks, complete them, earn XP, explore realms, defeat dungeons, level up, and unlock digital rewards.
Most to-do list apps and task management software treat productivity like a chore. MagicTask treats it like a quest, which is why users keep coming back to it instead of abandoning it after a week.
MagicTask is built for teams who wants a more engaging way to manage tasks and stay productive. It works especially well for:
MagicTask is different from Todoist, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Jira, Monday.com, and Trello in three specific ways:
You start by choosing a Realm, which is the world or theme you want to enter. Each Realm has its own look, feel, atmosphere, and rewards.
Once you choose a Realm, MagicTask places you inside one of its Dungeons. Dungeons are the adventures within each Realm, giving you a unique path to progress through as you use the system.
As you use MagicTask, you move through the Dungeon toward the chest at the end. Once you reach the chest, you battle the boss and unlock rewards. Then, you can choose a new Realm or Dungeon, making each day feel like a fresh adventure.
Boss fight cut scenes are full cinematic moments you experience when you complete a realm in MagicTask. They are part of our proprietary gamification system and serve as a real reward for real progress. You finish the work, you get the boss fight, you move on to the next realm stronger than before.
Yes. MagicTask launches new realms and dungeons on a consistent basis. The world of MagicTask is designed to grow with you, so expect fresh content regularly. Your journey is never finished.
MagicTask improves team culture by making work feel rewarding instead of draining. Traditional productivity tools quietly hurt culture by turning every workday into a silent queue of obligations. MagicTask flips that.
When your team uses MagicTask, wins become visible. People see each other leveling up. Progress feels shared. The gamification layer creates friendly energy and momentum across the team instead of the grind most tools create. It is one of the few productivity platforms that strengthens culture as a side effect of just using it.
Yes. MagicTask is one of the most ADHD-friendly task management tools available because it is built around the exact things ADHD brains respond to: quick feedback loops, visible progress, instant rewards, and engaging visuals.
Many of our users have told us that MagicTask is the first task manager they have actually been able to stick with. The gamification keeps the dopamine flowing, the interface stays simple, and there is no overwhelming feature bloat to get lost in.
MagicTask was built because every existing productivity tool failed us. Our team cycled through Jira, Monday.com, Basecamp, Trello, ClickUp, and just about every other task management platform on the market. They all had the same problems: overly feature-rich (we used maybe 20 percent of what we paid for), hard to learn, and requiring hours of training and onboarding that produced no real value.
Worse, the tools were so clunky that our team stopped using them consistently. Projects slowed down. Communication broke down. Our efficiency dropped, and our ability to deliver for our customers took a real hit. The tools we were paying for were actively making us worse at our jobs.
So we stopped complaining and built the tool we actually wanted. Something simple enough to use on day one. Something engaging enough that people would want to open it. Something that made productivity feel less like punishment.
Fun fact: we used MagicTask to build V3 of MagicTask. If a tool cannot help its own creators ship the next version of itself, it is not worth using. Ours did. That is a big part of why we are confident putting it in your hands.
MagicTask is built on real behavioral psychology, not surface-level gamification. The system is designed around how the brain actually responds to motivation, progress, reward, and habit formation, which is why users feel pulled back to it instead of pushed.
We have spent years studying dopamine loops, goal-setting theory, and what makes games genuinely engaging instead of just addictive. Every realm, dungeon, and reward exists because it serves a specific psychological purpose.
And we did not build this in a vacuum. Over 6,000 users tested earlier versions of MagicTask. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the parts that were not, we listened to and fixed. Individuals, small teams, and companies of every size shaped what MagicTask is today.
MagicTask was created by Sudo Innominate. A lifelong gamer, serial builder, and productivity obsessive who spent years frustrated with every task management tool on the market before deciding to build the one he actually wanted to use.
Sudo treats real life like a role-playing game. He believes work should feel like a quest, progress should feel like leveling up, and effort should be rewarded the way games reward you, not the way spreadsheets do. That philosophy is built into every corner of MagicTask.
He stays mostly behind the scenes, letting the product speak for itself. But every realm, every dungeon, and every detail of the gamification system carries his fingerprints.
